You have to lose fat in order to reveal your collar bones. Unfortunately, spot reduction doesn’t exist, mine show at my weight because of mostly genetics and luck. That being said, I do lat pulldowns, push ups, pull ups and chest presses at the gym. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend that, however, because my biceps now show without me flexing them and it looks a little too manly for me. :( Good luck<3
